Shipping charges are standard 50 baht within the Bangkok region. For regions outside the Bangkok area but within Thailand the delivery costs will be 125 baht per delivery. These costs apply to all orders purchased in the SweetChew webshop. Due to high international shipping costs, taxes and duty fees we ask an extra contribution in the shipping costs for orders shipped outside Thailand. Orders will be well packed and shipped with track&trace information. If you would like you order to be shipped out side Thailand please contact us directly by email for adjusted services.
I just placed an order online. When will I receive my package?
SweetChew makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 2:00 PM are generally shipped the same day. Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday. SweetChew will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. We will provide you an email when your order is shipped. This email also includes the track&trace info to follow your package online.
If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
How do I track shipment progress?
Once you receive an email from us that your order has been shipped, simply click on the link in the email to track your order, using the shipment number in the email. Note that shipping numbers are provided to SweetChew by the carriers, and we cannot be responsible for errors on the part of our carriers, or for the content on their websites.
How Can I Verify an Order?
After finishing the order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Please check this carefully and report any misspelled information or issue’s recognized on the order confirmation immediately. If you don’t receive any confirmation email, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you’re the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.
How do I cancel or change an order?
If you like to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Placed orders can be changed or cancelled if the order hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.
I want to choose a different delivery address
You can opt for your order to be delivered to a different address. This is a useful option if you are sending an item as a gift or if you wish to have it delivered to you at your place of work. During the final stage of your order, you will be able to specify a delivery address that is different to the billing address.
Can I pick up the items I ordered?
SweetcChew offers the convenience of in-store pickup at our warehouse located near Impact Exhibition Centre in Nonthaburi. For the exact location, please check our contact page.
After the order is placed, please contact us by email, LINE or phone and we will make an appointment for pick up the ordered goods.
To pick up your order, please bring your ID card or drivers license and the provided order information with you.
NOTE: without appointment it’s not possible to pick up your order. Your payment must be accepted up front before we can make a pick up appointment.
What happens if my item is on backorder?
We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery. If you are unsure if you will receive your order in time, please contact us upfront.
In the event that the stock status information on the webpage is incorrect and an item is out of stock or for any other reason it’s unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out to the preferred shipping address.
NOTE: Orders ship the same day if placed before 2 PM (Monday – Friday) and if all items in the order are in stock.
What do I do if there are damaged or missing items upon delivery?
SweetChew only uses carefully selected carriers. However, if there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit. All missing or damaged items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Don’t worry, we will handle this correctly and with caution.
